Leslie – Dental Hygienist
If you looked up “Amazing Dental Hygienist” in the dictionary, you would see Leslie’s picture. She is an extremely talented patient educator and very passionate about helping people understand the importance of their oral health. She has two beautiful daughters who are attending University of Oregon. Leslie and her husband enjoy weekend trips to visit their girls and cheer on the Ducks!

Alexis – Dental Assistant / Patient Coordinator
Alexis is our Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and has been Dr. Dugger’s sidekick for many years. With her huge, compassionate heart and expanse of dental knowledge, she is great at putting nervous patients at ease. She and her husband have resided in the Oregon City area for the last 15 years where they have raised three amazing teens. You can often find them watching lacrosse or a soccer game!
Debbie – Office Manager
Debbie is one of the first people you’ll see when you arrive at our office. She takes great joy in helping reassure a nervous patient and setting them up for a successful visit. Debbie has 20 years of experience in the dental arena and prides herself in making lasting relationships with patients. She and her husband have two children and a dog named Luke that she loves more than any of them! Debbie loves going on outdoor adventures, usually with a camera in her hand and Luke by her side.
